 announces a new event

1^st Annual
PIE CONTEST  

Contest rules:  

1.      Pie entries must be made by the participant and accompanied with the recipe if possible.

2.      There will be two categories, one of sweet pies and one of savory pies.

3.      It must be a whole pie of a sweet or savory type.  Participants may enter one in each category.

4.      Each entry must have a completed Entry Form.

5.      Pie entries will be accepted between 8:00 and 9:00 am

6.      Official judging begins at 9:15 am .  Peoples’ Choice judging begins at 10:00 am and ends at 10:45 am

7.      A winner will be selected in each category by the official judges and one winner overall from the peoples’ choice judging.

8.      Winners will be announced at 11:00 am and may claim their prize at the October 22 market.

9.      Each winner gets a $15 Gift Certificate to be used at the market.
